Congratulations to Prof. Xu Huang, who has been granted a funding from General Research Fund for the project entitled “Back stabbing and supervisory retaliation: The consequences of employees’skip-level voice” !

Dr. Huang is a professor of Management at the Department of Management and Marketing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research interests include empowerment, leadership, employees’ well-being and emotions, cross-cultural organizational psychology, and management issues in China. As a key member of cognitive computing lab, Dr. Huang is responsible for conducting research on utilizing cognitive science theories and findings for employee emotion analysis and management.
